What keeps a relationship stuck is rarely what it appears to be. Ruma Biswas works beneath the surface — with the inherited roles each partner carries, the unfinished stories of the generations before them, and the soul’s own sense of what the relationship is capable of.
She works through two rare methodologies. Systemic Family Constellations makes the invisible visible — not by talking about a pattern, but by sensing directly into the relational system itself, surfacing the loyalties, losses, and silences still running beneath it. Psychological Astrology brings a different precision: a birth chart isn’t a prediction but a map of the psyche’s archetypal forces and inherited complexes, read not to forecast but to reveal the direction encoded in life’s recurring tensions. Together, symbolic insight and embodied experience move in the same room.
Ruma’s path here is unusual. She began as a mechanical engineer in the early 1990s, often the only woman in the room, learning firsthand how systems behave under pressure. Nearly two decades in senior leadership followed — across boardrooms, family enterprises in succession, the United Nations, and couples in quiet crisis. She now brings that same systems fluency to the deepest work there is.
With over 9,700 hours of coaching, chart readings, and constellation facilitation across the US, Europe, and Asia, Ruma works with those ready to look beneath the surface — and follow the thread of what the relationship, and the soul, actually came here to do.
Offerings
The Couples Intensive — 1.5 days, in person, with a co-facilitating therapist. Day One explores each partner’s family system separately; Day Two brings both together, revealing the intergenerational entanglements keeping the relationship stuck — so a conscious way forward becomes possible. Not couples therapy. Deeper.
Birth Chart Reading — Individual sessions. A precision read of the archetypal patterns and inherited complexes shaping your life, paired with constellation work so the pattern seen in the chart is felt shifting in the room.
