Counseling Perspective

Ayurveda Therapy

Ayurveda Therapy offers a holistic approach to healing that brings your mind, body, and spirit into balance. Rooted in ancient Indian wisdom, Ayurveda focuses on restoring harmony within your body by addressing your unique constitution, or "dosha," through personalised treatments and lifestyle recommendations.

Starting from $180 / 60-min session

What is Ayurveda Therapy?

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of natural healing that emphasises the balance between the body’s elements: Vata (air and space), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (earth and water). These elements manifest in each person as a unique dosha, which governs your physical and emotional characteristics. Imbalances in these doshas can lead to health issues, and Ayurveda Therapy works to restore equilibrium.

Our Ayurveda Therapy combines herbal treatments, dietary guidance, detoxification techniques, and therapeutic bodywork tailored to your dosha. We use integrated modern and traditional Ayurveda practices such as somatic head tapping and stimulation, yoga nidra, trataka/eye gazing meditation and yoga with sound healing. Each treatment is designed to align with your specific needs, whether you're seeking relief from stress, digestive issues, fatigue, or emotional imbalances.

Why Choose Ayurveda Therapy with us?

Our skilled Ayurvedic practitioners assess your individual constitution and identify any imbalances that may be affecting your health. By addressing the root causes of discomfort, Ayurveda offers a path to long-term well-being, rather than simply treating symptoms. We integrate Ayurveda with other holistic modalities like sound healing, and yoga to create a comprehensive healing experience.

Experience the wisdom of Ayurveda with us and embark on a journey to balance, vitality, and self-healing that nurtures you from the inside out.

Portrait of Nurul Salimee

Nurul Salimee

Yoga & Ayurveda Wellness Therapist

Raised in a traditional Indo-Malay family, Nurul’s unconventional thinking led her to explore new paths. In her mid-20s, she grew disillusioned with the typical Singapore work-life scene and decided to seek new opportunities abroad, eventually settling in Dubai. During her five years there, she pursued a healthier lifestyle through regular gym workouts, yoga practice, and mindful eating. Despite her efforts, she struggled to get a proper diagnosis for joint inflammations and recurring knee injuries. Nurul was also diagnosed with hormonal imbalances that resulted in severe symptoms like heavy periods, porous bones, and eczema. Frustrated with conventional medicine, she turned to natural remedies, discovering the healing power of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy. Ayurveda addressed her conditions at their root, while Yoga Therapy helped her harness her energy and emotions. This transformative experience inspired her to study these ancient disciplines, both for her own healing and to help others.
