Mindful Quest

Join us for Mindful Quest 2026, an immersive workshop rooted in Dr. Stanley Krippner’s Personal Mythology approach.

The stories we tell ourselves hold immense power. These personal narratives, or myths, help us make sense of our experiences and shape our identities, but they can also trap us in limiting beliefs. Originating from family, culture, and even our own experiences, these stories often operate unconsciously, guiding our decisions and paths in life.

When these narratives no longer evolve with us, they can keep us stuck.

If you’re in a period of transition, seeking growth, or feel like you’re facing the same challenges over and over, this retreat is your chance for a deep reset. Over a weekend, you'll be guided by psychologist, Dr. Glenn Graves, and meditation coach, sound therapist, and leadership coach, Aki Tsukui, through a powerful process to release old stories and craft new, empowering narratives.

Drawing on the work of Dr. David Feinstein and Dr. Stanley Krippner's groundbreaking book, The Mythic Path, this retreat is built around a holistic five-step model designed to transform your inner world.
