Biography
Having spent much of her career in international schools, Anna has worked closely with children, adolescents, and families from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. This has given her a strong understanding of the emotional, social, and developmental challenges young people may experience, as well as the complexities that can come with transitions, relocation, cultural adjustment, and growing up within an international environment. She also values working closely with parents and families, recognising the important role that relationships and the wider environment can play in emotional wellbeing.

Recognising that every person brings their own experiences, strengths, and needs to therapy, Anna takes an integrative approach and tailors her work to each individual. She draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including:
Through these approaches, Anna helps clients better understand patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, explore the experiences that have shaped them, reconnect with their strengths and values, and develop practical strategies for navigating challenges.
Anna understands that seeking therapy can feel like a vulnerable first step. She works collaboratively with clients to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and develop skills that can support their wellbeing both within and beyond the therapy room.
